The Building 28 Annex project was undertaken to accommodate for an additional lift and a new staircase to increase the vertical transport capacity within the Building.

AMA Projects were involved in the following scope of works:

  • Construction of the Annex, including all mechanical, fire, electrical and hydraulic services.
  • Coordinate the construction of the lift shaft and the installation of the new lift.
  • Interior and exterior fitout of the Annex including an exceptionally high level finish to precise detailing which was achieved through coordination of timber panelling and treads with concrete risers.
  • Coordinate all site conditions, services origins and supplies, scoped dimensions, distances and layout with the Principal Design Consultant prior to commencing any works or preparing shop drawings.
